The Brick Square 10 Bottocino is a handmade natural stone tile measuring 10 x 10 cm and 1 cm thick. The Brick tiles have a tumbled finish. This means that the edges are not smooth and straight, and that the finish may vary from tile to tile. These natural stone tiles are ideal for a variety of applications and are suitable for both walls and floors, in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Good to know

Bricks are handcrafted natural stone tiles with a unique and timeless look. Due to the natural colour variations in marble, every tile is different. The tiles are carefully mixed to ensure the overall effect is as uniform as possible, but variations in colour and texture are part of the character of natural stone. You should therefore always order enough tiles to avoid colour differences between different production batches. Marble is a porous natural stone. In damp areas, it is advisable to impregnate the tiles for extra protection against stains.

Installing Natural stone Brick

Marble tiles require extra attention during installation and have their own instruction manual. Upon purchase, you will receive a step-by-step plan with instructions and points of attention. We recommend that you read this manual carefully before installing the tiles. Or hire a good tiler who is familiar with this type of tile.

Suitable for

Bricks are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They are suitable as floor tiles but can also be used on walls, even though they are often a bit thicker than normal. They are ideal tiles for home areas such as kitchen, hallway, toilet and bathroom. Nevertheless, these tiles are also excellent to be placed in a hospitality venue or store. They often give a chic look to an area! If you wish to place the tiles outside, we advise you to do so only under a canopy or roof. Weather conditions such as sun and rain have a significant impact on the appearance of marble and can cause the tiles to fade or the surface to deteriorate. Please note that the tiles may need a treatment. This is different for each area.

Custom colors and patterns

Are you looking for a color combination and/or pattern that we do not have in our collection? We can provide custom marble colors and patterns, completely produced to your wishes. This involves additional costs and conditions and the delivery time may be a little longer than usual. Ask us about the possibilities if you are interested in a custom design.

Ordering and delivery

These tiles are sold per box. For help with calculating the required quantities, expert advice or a tailor-made quotation, we are happy to help you in one of our showrooms. Orders can be delivered to your home via our carrier. They are firmly placed on a pallet and there is as little chance of breakage as possible. The cost of shipping is calculated based on weight and volume and will be included in the quotation, if applicable. There is also the possibility to pick up the tiles at our warehouse in Breda or at our showroom in Utrecht. Collecting is only possible by appointment and when the tiles are in stock. If you want to see the tiles in real life and you are not able to visit one of our showrooms, you can order a sample via our website.

Maintenance

Bricks are easy to maintain. Mop weekly with an acid-free agent such as our own Tile Soap which also provides an extra protective layer on the surface. Be careful with acids, this can cause unsightly stains or discolorations that are difficult to remove later. As soon as there is spillage, immediately clean with water and do not leave on the tiles. This also applies to grease and other liquids. For e.g. grease- or paint stains, we have special cleaning agents available. In case of heavy pollution, we recommend using Azule Dirt Remover. This degreaser deals with most dirt on various types of tiles.
